Back by popular demand, our Winter Reboot is returning, and this year it is even better.

After the success of last year’s Winter Reboot, we are bringing it back with even more support, more expert guidance and more special experiences for local women.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR 8-WEEK WINTER REBOOT:

  • Access to our full group fitness timetable – 30+ class options to choose from!

    This gives you the flexibility to train in a way that suits your lifestyle, fitness level and schedule. Whether you love strength, cardio, low-impact options or a mix of everything, you will have plenty of choice.

  • Each week you will also have access to two exclusive Reboot-only sessions.

    These sessions are designed specifically for our Winter Reboot members and will help you stay focused, supported and connected throughout the program.

  • Goal Setting Session

    We will help you get clear on what you want to focus on and what you would love to achieve during your Reboot.

    This is not about setting unrealistic goals or putting pressure on yourself. It is about understanding what matters to you, what you want to feel, and what small steps will help you move towards that.

  • Start and End Health Measurements

    We will take your health measurements at the beginning and end of the program.

    This gives you a chance to see your progress beyond how you feel day to day. Sometimes the biggest changes happen gradually, and having a start and end point can help you recognise just how far you have come.

  • Recovery Session at Madly Calm
    You will enjoy a special recovery experience at Madly Calm, including 45 minutes of guided breathing, 45 minutes of hot/cold therapy and a magnesium bath. This session is designed to help you slow down, reset and give your body and mind some much-needed care.

  • Nutrition Presentation with Alana Perrett

    Accredited Practising Dietitian

    We are excited to include a special nutrition chat with Alana.

    Alana will be sharing practical, realistic and evidence-based nutrition advice to help you better understand how to support your body, your training and your health, especially through perimenopause and menopause.

  • Healthy, Delicious Recipes

    You will receive healthy, delicious recipe ideas to help you fuel your body and mind throughout the Reboot.

    These recipes are designed to make healthy eating feel easier, more enjoyable and more achievable, especially during the colder months when we often crave comfort food.

  • Understanding Your Sleep Science with Dr Gisselle Withers

    Sleep plays a huge role in energy, recovery, hormones, mood and motivation.

    You will learn more about the science of sleep with Dr Gisselle Withers and why it matters so much for your overall health and fitness.

  • Lifting Technique Session with Rachel

    Build confidence, improve your technique and learn how to lift safely.

    Feel more confident using weights, understand how to move well, and get more from your strength training.

  • Pilates and Pamper Session

    You will enjoy a beautiful Pilates and Pamper session as part of your Winter Reboot experience.

    Movement, recovery, relaxation and feeling good are all part of your health journey.

  • Social Events and Community Connection

    The Winter Reboot is about more than training.

    It is about surrounding yourself with women who are showing up, doing their best and cheering each other on. You will have opportunities to connect socially, build friendships and feel part of something special.
